Coaching programmes can be taylored to meet your specific needs and lifestyle. The following are examples to give you an idea of costs but I will be happy to discuss alternatives with you.

Personal Coaching Fees

Half hour consultation Free

3 Sessions £195

6 Sessions £360

Top-up sessions £70

A session is 1 hour face-to-face or phone coaching with phone/email support between sessions.

Payment is made in advance.

Corporate Coaching Fees

Corporate coaching packages are available - please call and ask for details.
